Help! Panicking after taking ibuprofen when TTC

Hi all,
I am new to this group and really hope I can get some advice. I am TTC and have just found out about the dangers of Ibuprofen during early pregnancy. I took 400mg for a headache approx 5DPO. I am really panicking that I have ruined my chances for implantation this month or will have increased my chances of miscarriage further down the line. I had no idea ibuprofen was so dangerous when TTC! Can anyone share any advice?

Hi - don't panic, one dose is highly unlikely to affect anything.

PS - I took tons of it during the TWW due to wisdom tooth surgery and infection ... and I'm actually pregnant this month (it may be a chemical pregnancy, but I'm prone to miscarriages anyway so highly unlikely to be the ibuprofen's fault!)
