Prenatal vitamins messing with my cycle?

I'm a few days late with AF but BFN. However I've been having a search on the internet (dangerous thing) and I think the vitamin B6 in my multivitamin pack is delaying my ovulation.

Apparently you can take it to lengthen LP but some people report that it also delays ovulation and can sometimes cause you not to ovulate(!)

I didn't do any charting or test strips so this is pure speculation, but I'm beginning to suspect that my mid month pains were actually ovulation pains when I though they might have been implantation which means I've another week to go and zero chance of BFP.

Has this happened to anyone else? This is my first month TTC, and also first month taking the vitamins (was taking folic acid only previously) and also first month my period is longer than 25 days :(

Also if I do dump the vitamins and go to back to folic acid only, what else should I be taking?

You only need folic acid and vitamin D as recommended by the NHS. Everything else should be covered with a healthy balanced diet. If you have regular normal length cycles you don't need anything else. Good luck.
