Hi ladies. Myself and my partner have been ttc #1 for the past 6 months and I'm just becoming more fed up about the whole thing by the time af arrives and it's another month passed. Does anyone have any tips on ploughing through? My luteal phase is only around 10 days however I start spotting 8dpo. I've just changed the vitamins and im hoping this month will be different but feel that down with it all that I doubt it will be! Any help of advice would really be appreciated! Would love some buddies to go through this journey with x

I think it'd be worth seeing your GP about it. They could test your progesterone and perhaps prescribe something.

I think 6 months is still quite early on for TTC so don't feel like it's not happening because of a short LP as this can change. I'm at a year and still not ready to see a GP because I know I have a luteal phase defect and possible low progesterone and I'm trying to fix it. I think you could potentially help yourself by fixing it naturally. Have a read of this article...
