How can I cope with a negative pregnancy test? I had my hopes up so much and I'm so disappointed :(

I know that feeling! Do you know where you are in your cycle? Are you testing before af is due? Some ladies don't get their bfp until the day af is due so it's different for everyone. I tested early a couple of times but I've now decided it's easier to see af arrive than a stark white bfn. Try to stay positive, I'm sure you'll see your bfp soon!

Thankyou. I'm due for af this Friday and used one of those tests you can use 4 days beforehand. I'm so disappointed I was so convinced I was :( I suppose I will just have to wait for Friday

It's still early and the early tests aren't 100% accurate at this point. If you can hold out until Friday that would be best (easier said than done!). Good luck!

Stop early testing, that's how I cope. A year TTC and I will never test unless I actually miss AF. It's much easier to last the long run if you avoid the early testing downward spiral. Keep positive, this cycle is one less to holding your baby!! X
