Do you stop drinking completely when ttc?
I'm not a massive drinker, only literally have one cider a week at the weekend and it's enough to get me relaxed... hilarious I know.
I obviously don't want to do any harm and would always stop drinking anything in the 2ww just in case but wonder if it's safe when actually dtd? I find it so stressful after a previous loss and the one time I had a drink when we were trying again, I got pregnant on cycle 2 with my now DS.
I genuinely only have one drink but I feel the effect a lot more than a normal person!!! Lol

I asked a world expert on recurrent miscarriage this and he said it was fine to keep drinking in moderation until you get a positive test.

The amount you're drinking isn't going to do any harm. Try not to worry about it. If it relaxes you then that's good I say, but if it's worrying you and you're feeling guilty or whatever then yeh, just don't have any.

I didn't stop whilst ttc, even if you do get pregnant, there's no blood supply from you to the foetus, do you won't do any damage.
