Crippling period pains but no period?

Hi all.

Posted a few weeks ago about having period pain that lasted a few minutes and then went.

Well today I experienced period pains that took my breath away. I felt really warm and just wanted to sleep. They've never been so bad. I led in bed with a hot water bottle and had a sleep, woken up and no pain whatsoever. But also no sign of a period.

When I wiped earlier I did see what I thought was a slight bleed but now nothing. I don't know whether I'm getting my hopes up of being pregnant as we are currently ttc.

Any advice or experience?

Have you oeed on a stick? How many days post ovulation are you?

Could be implantation pains.

Loose - I haven't yet no. I started to get the pain whilst coming home from a family day out, got straight home and into bed.

Starlight - I have read that implantation pain is slight cramps? This was horrendous pain.
