We have been trying to conceive after coming off the pill in January 2016. I've had blood checked and ultrasound done, we use conceive plus, ovulation tracker and ovulation tests. We are both fairly healthy. Any suggestions on what else we can try?

Are you being referred to a fertility clinic?

The dr has said that's the next step but I'm only 26, so we've decided to give it abit longer before we go down that road

We weren't trying for as long as you but I stopped drinking completely, reduced my caffeine intake to one cup a day, made an effort to make sure I was getting enough sleep and started taking ubiquinol. I worked on the basis that it may not make a difference but it definitely wouldn't hurt. I fell pregnant very quickly after making those small changes and the same month that I decided to chill out a bit about the whole thing and stop monitoring my cycle so closely. I had started to get a bit anxious about the whole thing and from what I've read stress can be very counterproductive so I made an active decision to make it as simple as possible - very healthy lifestyle and low stress. I really hope that it works out for you soon.

Thanks. I think your right stress is a big part of it. I have booked myself in for reiki and acupuncture, fingers crossed it will take my mind off it.
