Update: I did a CB test this morning which was negative so last nights was a false positive x

Hmm false positives are very rare OP!
How many dpo are you? I believe CB aren't as sensitive as some other tests so BFPs can take a little longer to show up on them.

I would do another clear blue in a couple of days, with mine the unbranded Tests showed as positive a few days before the clear blue one did

That looks really positive but the whole test looks a little flooded... try a FRER.

Will get hold of a FR and maybe try tomorrow. Thank you x

What's a CP?

Chemical pregnancy - where an egg is fertilised but doesn't implant. I think that's often the case if you test before AF is due and get a positive, and then AF arrives.

A chemical pregnancy does involve implantation.

HcG, the hormone measured by home pregnancy tests, is only created on implantation.

Chemical pregnancies usually last about 4-5 weeks.

Fertilisation without implantation is not a chemical pregnancy.
