Raspberry leaf tea

Hi, just wondered if any one was drinking this tea? I've heard it is good to drink from cd1 until ovulation but struggling to find where I found this. Does anyone have any experience of drinking it?

I've been taking it for the last few cycles from cd 1 until ov. It did result in a bfp back in march, which quickly turned chemical. Nothing since.

I might have pcos and definitely very pco... so it might be nothing to do with the tea!!!

I've been drinking it this cycle, from cd1 until my fertile week. Two teabags per day, but I use a pretty big mug and top it up, so it's more like two pints of water with those two teabags.

I've also been drinking pomegranate juice.

I think both are supposed to help build uterine lining.

I just have one a day.

I heard this too. When I went to buy some the cashier asked if I was pregnant ... which made me paranoid that it is dangerous somehow? Conflicting views online!

I thought it was just for bringing on labour? Please check out any supplements or herbal stuff with a qualified practitioner!

I have read that in early pregnancy it can be bad and cause you to have a miscarriage and that you should have it only until you ovulate and then are safe to have it to bring on labour at the end of your pregnancy

Don't drink it after ovulation as it can cause uterine contractions which might in theory be a cause of miscarriage.

Agree with PPs that it's not advised to drink in early pregnancy. In the last trimester its recommended to improve or ease vaginal delivery - don't know the technical bits of why though. I could only stomach one cup a day but a friend of mine was having up to 5 (!) cups a day towards full term.
I got mine in Holland & Barrett, try a local health or vitamins shop.

(when pregnant) i drunk a ton and took a vat of evening primrose and my baby popped out 6 days early in perfect condition! YMMV but it didn't hurt (not the birth the birth hurt a lot)
