Implantation bleeding or AF?

Hello it would be great to hear from people who have experienced implantation bleeding or who can shed some light on the subject for me. There's a danger I am wishful thinking but this cycle has been different to previous so I'm forever hopeful.

I'm currently 11 or 12dpo- had a positive OPK at lunchtime 13 days ago so depends how long after the surge I ovulated. In the past my luteal phase has been 13 days but last cycle was 10 oddly.

I have had insomnia the last two nights and burning tingling nipples. Usually before AF I have strong cramps but only very mild ones so far and at lunchtime today (sorry if TMI) I had blood streaked CM- it was more brown than red and only a tiny bit. Nothing for the last few hours.

Does this sound like possible IB or more likely just a slow start to AF? I never normally spot before my period but do start slowly and later that day (usually within a couple of hours) it would be obvious. Thank you any help much appreciated.

I had implantation bleeding with both of my pregnancies - around 11 DPO and it was browny pink CM. It sounds promising! I hope it's not AF playing tricks, fingers crossed :)

Yes I did have mild cramping too :)

Thanks for replying- I woke up feeling totally certain it was our month but then AF started oh well onwards and upwards to the next cycle!
