2ww starts here! Any early September testers want to join me?

Some of you may recognize my username from the pregnancy and miscarriage boards. DH and I have been TTC since September 2016 and I had a MMC in January followed by an early MC in May. We took a break but got back on the wagon last month and this is our second month of TTC again.

I think I ovulated yesterday and we have DTD three times in the last four days, so I'm hopeful this might be the month for us! AF is due on 3rd September and I know it's going to be a long wait. Anyone want to join for some 2ww support? Smile

I've just tested at 13dpo BFN. I suspect AF will arrive tomorrow. I showed at 10dpo last month, it just didn't stick. Oh well FX for October.

I'm hoping the Fitbit theory is correct. My usual resting heart rate is about 65 and it's steadily been 78-79 for about a week now!

Sounds interesting - my resting heart rate was definitely higher in pregnancy but I wasn't tracking at the start so don't know how early this would happen. Hope it is a good sign for you though x

Officially out. AF arrived this evening, 4 days late (6 days late if it was my normal 28 day cycle) so bloody frustrating. See some of u on the October bus. Good luck those still waiting to test x

12 dpo today and haven't been able to take a test yet as they haven't been delivered. I stupidly took an OPK earlier to see if it would be positive and give me an idea if I am pregnant or not. Obviously it was negative. I am having a really low mood today which is usually a sign for me that af is on her way so I'm not feeling too hopeful.

@xjo I'm hoping the Fitbit theory is correct too as I'm my resting heart rate is usually around 65/66 bpm and has climbed since ovulation 9 days ago and been 69/70bpm for the last 2 days!! Don't really have any other symptoms though!! X

I think the fitbit theory is correct. I had bfp on weds and my heart rate had already started to increase. It's still going up now. Hoping it will stop soon!

I hope so! I've also got very sore boobs, cramping/pains, nausea, light headed/dizziness. So FX!
We DTD 5 days in and around O. Blush
I have a couple cheap tests here so hoping to try in the next few days.
May invest in a better test if symptoms continue though!

So just tried with on of the cheap tests and as expected it was a BFN!
I'll try again in a few days and see what happens

I tested today at 12dpo with a cheapie and it was bfn. I'd really gotten my hopes up. It took 10 cycles last time, this was only our first month but I so wished it would be easier for us this time round. Feeling really down today.

I'm sorry ladies.

I've just had another faint +, however we seem to have picked up two totally different clear blue tests. Does anyone know the difference in the clear blue range- they all look so different!

Hi ladies, I just had a very confusing result. I tried a one step test and half a pink line came up. The other half is very faint. I tried a normal clear blue one and can't really see anything although when I tilt i think I can but DH can't. Can anyone let me know if they've had any issues with the one step test? I'll try add a pic. I'm scared to get my hopes up.

Which clear blues have you got @PabloEscobarlo ? They completely baffle me.

Got a BFN yesterday. No sign of AF yet, wondering if I got my dates wrong. OPK's don't seem to work for me. Boo

I have no idea, some of them were sounded ends the one this morning had a spatula type end. I can't seem to post a picture of it grrrr

Thanks @EsmeGNU. I could see it but it was clearer at the bottom than the top which I thought was strange. I just went and got a FRER but it didn't show anything so now I'm feeling a little dejected. I'll have to wait and test again in a couple of days if af doesn't come. I'm on day 33 of this cycle. I'm normally 29 days but this month I used the clear blue advanced ovulation test and it gave me six days of flashy smiley face before I got my static smiley face. I thought I wasn't going to ovulate this month but it happened on day 18/19 which is very late for me. So when I got the faint line I really thought I was but now I don't think I am. It's so frustrating.

@PabloEscobarlo The clear blue ones can have both ends (as you know) but some could be the early detection and some can be normal. They have both ends with both. Sorry I can't help further.

Hello! So hoping for some line advice! I have had odd cycles from 30 - 40 to even 50 day cycles in the past. At the moment it's been around 40 days, with me being due I think.. end of Aug. Me and my husband had unprotected on the 18, 26,27,28 Aug, I started what I thought was my period 29th but it wasn't a day bleed with one pad. So then the testing started. I have had 2 neg boots own, 2 faint positives on clear blue, 2 faint positives on Sainsbury's own and also 3 faint positives on FR I have attached a picture of the three (dated) FR. my head is convinced they are evap lines 😅
Thing is I am due to fly to Thailand for a 10 day holiday with the husband on Friday, I am freaking out as I don't want the doctors to say you aren't, but also worried about risks if I am. Advice please...

@cwilson I can see the line. Looks like a very faint positive. I don't know if being pregnant is going to affect your trip. I assume your only 4/5 weeks? There's no harm in asking your doctor if your worried. Better safe than sorry

@CwilsonHarrop I think you should ask your doctor for some advice and make sure you use lots of bug repellent when you're away. I don't think there have been many reported cases of Zika in Thailand but double check and ask for some tips. Hope you have a great holiday. They definitely look like faint positives xx
