2ww starts here! Any early September testers want to join me?

Some of you may recognize my username from the pregnancy and miscarriage boards. DH and I have been TTC since September 2016 and I had a MMC in January followed by an early MC in May. We took a break but got back on the wagon last month and this is our second month of TTC again.

I think I ovulated yesterday and we have DTD three times in the last four days, so I'm hopeful this might be the month for us! AF is due on 3rd September and I know it's going to be a long wait. Anyone want to join for some 2ww support?

Woke at 4am with low blood sugar (type one diabetic) so had to test now, BFN so I guess I'm out. With my son I didn't get my BFP until two days after I was due, but I'm due AF on 1st Sept and this was an early test so I guess that counts me out. I'll hang about until AF arrives just in case, plus I must hear you other ladies news!

Hi Fia - it's either 11 or 12dpo. We had a squinter two days ago but the line has progressed quite a bit since then. 4 weeks tomorrow. Just hope it sticks! Congratulations on your rainbow too. What's your EDD?

Ah ok that makes me feel a bit better then, as mine don't seem much darker than yours at 12dpo! Really I should step away from the tests but I just can't.

My edd from period would be 8th May although I ovulated later so I think it will get pushed back a few days.

Another test this morning wasn't darker than last nights one. It's an obvious line though so maybe I should stop I have always gotten darker lines in the evenings rather than with fmu though for some odd reason!

Friday testers - when are you all due AF? Wondering how long I have to wait to test. It's driving me crazy!!!

@Bubble04 I'm due AF on Saturday. The past two months I've had a little spotting in the lead up but nothing so far. FX! When are you due AF?

Congrats @hopefully and everyone else with bfps!! Im only 5dpo so such a long wait! @bubble totally feel your pain! Am going to hold out until next Friday before testing, assuming AF doesn't rear her ugly head first. Bleh, waiting sucks! X

Well that was a wasted test- AF arrived. Not sure anyone's actually seeing my messages but I'm out. Might see some of you next month.

@bubble04- I'm also due tues - trying so hard to wait it out!

Decided to be a complete maniac and do one of my clear blue tests - fully expecting it to come back not pregnant but I got 1-2 weeks! Although going by AF it would put me at 4 weeks and 1 day, I think I'm more 3-4 weeks anyway as ovulation was quite late, and my pregnancies always get pushed back a good 4/5 days at the dating scans!

Feel a bit better now lol

I'm meant to be waiting til Saturday. How many days before af have you all been? Also what's better pink or blue dye tests x

Af due on Tuesday so I'm gonna try and wait until at least Sunday!! Used around a million last month and I have 3 left and refused to buy any more so I have one for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday if I need them! Congrats to all the BFPs!! Hopefully the pregnant vibes will bring the rest of us some luck!!!

I am holding out to tomorrow (12dpo) to test - positive signs are nausea and very veiny boobs. Negative - I've had my monthly pre AF migraine, and it seems that means I'm probably out.

Anyone any recommendations on best tests? FRER? Superdrug? CB early response?

Fia don't panic about dates - the digital tests date you from conception so 1-2 weeks on a digital is 3-4 weeks from lmp. Also your lines won't darken significantly if you test everyday as the hcg takes 48hours to double. You're better testing every three days for line progression. Good luck.

@PointeShoesAndTutus your not out until AF shows! I have been using first response so far and then the clear blue today. I also bought two super drug tests yesterday as read they are as good as first response! Not used one yet though. Although they weren't really much cheaper! Boots have got the 3 pack of first response for a tenner at the minute - same price as the two pack xx
