2ww starts here! Any early September testers want to join me?

Some of you may recognize my username from the pregnancy and miscarriage boards. DH and I have been TTC since September 2016 and I had a MMC in January followed by an early MC in May. We took a break but got back on the wagon last month and this is our second month of TTC again.

I think I ovulated yesterday and we have DTD three times in the last four days, so I'm hopeful this might be the month for us! AF is due on 3rd September and I know it's going to be a long wait. Anyone want to join for some 2ww support?

@biscay definitely don't loose hope, everyone is different.
@Karpuzkiz I have no idea really how many dpo I actually am as I didn't start using opk until late on and didn't know what I was doing really. I'm due af 4th sept

Fingers crossed it's positive then! I'm tempted to use one now haha! Surely it doesn't count as poas if it's an opk, right!

@Karpuzkiz exactly my thoughts!!! It didn't count. Dp is currently bouncing around the house however and is about to pour my wine away as 'we won't be needing it'
He's been told to sit down now!

I've just woken up after having a migraine. I suspect that is me out - I always get one pre ovulation and then pre AF.

Currently 8dpo with veins on my chest like a road map, and veins springing up on my legs and arms too. Thought this might be my month, but migraine has dampened those hopes significantly.

Biscay that's similar to what's happening to me. Although mine is different as recent loss. Fingers crossed for you. X

I am so unreasonably irritable today. I can't handle anyone at the moment!! Could easily be PMS but it's no fun whatever it is!!

@AlexsMum89 me too. So grumpy and snappy. I'd usually grab a glass of wine and have a bubble bath, but the thought of drinking wine makes me feel nauseous. Typical!

Think I'm deffo out. Just had a tiny bit of brown spotting. Not due on until Thursday (9dpo now) but I sometimes get it a few days before
I knew our chances were slim this month with bad timing around ovulation but i still feel gutted!

@bubble04 all I seem to be able to do to make myself happy is eat! I already need to lose 2 stone, since coming off the depo injection last year I'm struggling with putting on weight. I just ate a doughnut and it was delicious but I also hate myself now! Of coyrse I hate everyone today so why not include myself in that?! Haha

@Alexsmum yup I know the feeling. There was a good festival near us today so I completely pigged out. Feel so bloated! It doesn't help that I bake constantly when I'm off work so my freezer is packed with loaf cakes. Far too much temptation!

That was meant to say food festival not good... bloody predictive text... (see, you can tell I'm irritable today)

Fingers crossed for you all.. I am currently 5dpo and not much to report.. had a bit of a stitch in my side late last nite (same side as ov but way to early for implantation) and creamy cm today. I am making a note of symptoms but more to stop me getting excited in future months and getting false hope as that has almost killed me these past few cycles... 😪

I know how you feel @opensesame I record everything on an app, just so I feel validated in some way haha

The past two nights I've not been able to get sleepy when I go to bed. I'm so fed up, I normally sleep like a log. I want DH to make me feel better but he's injured his shoulder and isn't up for having fun tonight. Humph

He's also doing massive loud stinky farts every few minutes so im not feeling happy right now!!

Hello all and congrats to you @Emily- great news! I caved today and did a test - think I'm about 8 dpo. Of course it was BFN. Trying to stay positive but I'm starting to think this isn't our month after all :(

@AlexsMum89 I spent two nights in the week not being able to sleep too. I read it can be a sign after! I chase a nearly 2 year old round, 2 dogs, run a business and my husbands on 12 hour shifts so I'm normally fast asleep straight away!

I've done another test this morning and it's a BFP 😁 so thank you for all of your help yesterday in my panic!!

I'm not sure how many days...I have two apps saying my period is due tomorrow, and one saying Friday. But AF has been all over the place since I came off the pill in January.
So between January and now I've taken a test each month because I've been late!
Can't quite believe it, but it's showed up pretty early.
Now I'm like 😱 and 😄 all at the same time!

I'm thinking about booking an early reassurance scan this time around. Waiting 12 weeks last time for an NHS one was torture!

I caved and took a test this morning and I think there's a hint of a line on it. I'm going to test again in two days and that will give me my answer (that will be 12dpo) 🤞
