Anyone had a implantation bleed?

Thursday and Friday had horrific stomach and abdominal pain where I could hardly move - today im bleeding and burning type pain on right side (not like period blood more like a pinky brown)

Also feeling dizzy but pain is not as bad.

That sounds like something you should see a doctor about urgently, not implantation. If there is any implantation bleeding it's usually very light and you feel at most a few sharp twinges or cramps, more likely nothing.

Sounds like you may have an infection of some sort. Is your temperature raised?

Thank you for your reply, I haven't had a temp but clammy and felt hot if that makes sense?

That sounds nasty, and certainly not pregnancy related. Get yourself to a doc if you continue with those pains. 😢 Feel better!!

Hope you're ok. I think it sounds like an infection too or (less likely) could it possibly be an ectopic pregnancy if you've been trying to conceive?

I had implantation bleeding and cramps - bleeding was a few spots and cramps lasted about 3 minutes, like bad period pain.

Your pain sounds much more serious. I would get checked out to make sure it's not an ectopic pregnancy

I think you should call 111 because you might need an ectopic pregnancy to be ruled out. I've had implantation bleeding and, bleeding and cramps wise, it has always been exactly like the first day of my period except it hasn't developed into anything more than that and tailed off on the second day.
