OPKs V Temperature

Just a very quick one really - which have people found more reliable for ovulation prediction, OPKs or charting temperature?

I don't get positive OPKs (faint lines only), but temperature (OvuSense) indicates ovulation, as does the presence of EWCM.

I'm more confused than ever!

Well opks are there to predict and temperature there to confirm. Temperature is only way of reallly knowing if you have ovulated, but it won't give any sign beforehand as you need the three sustained high temp shift to confirm. If you are getting a temp shift plus ewcm I'd say you are ovulating.

Yep, all my OPK on my BFP cycle (ended in mmc due to illness) were negative. I think I surge later in the day. However the clear blue OPK are currently working for me, as well as temping. I'm hoping I'll get a static smilie in a few days. I've been TTC for a year, have short cycles but think I ovulate around cd 15-16. Good luck!!

I gave up temping I shift work on calls. Just didn't really work with my lifesstyle.

I was confused as I'd had EWCM and the temperature shift, but not +OPK.

Guess only time will tell!
