Hi ladies, so the hubby and I are ttc number 1, txt for 10 months.
I'm 10dpo today and I've been poas with IC's for the last 3 days ( I know I know , but I just couldn't help myself Blush). Obviously all 3 days tests have been BFN. I've been symptom spotting like crazy the last 10 days, I've got tender boobs with the odd shooting pain in them, occasional creamy cm and indigestion (which I hardly ever get).
So, in some far flung part of my strange brain I remember that sometimes women get a +ve result on an Opk when they're pregnant. So in my wiseness I crack open the pack of IC OPK's that I have to fulfil my poas habit. It comes up practically straight away with what I can see as a line, can any of you lovely lot help me figure out if I've just got serious squint eyes or if this looks positive and could be a teeny tiny positive. It's a lot clearer in person than on the photo.

OPKs show a line every time. The line gets darker closer to ovulation.

They're not a reliable pregnancy test.

I'm afraid it's only if an opk is showing as positive (ie a line as dark or darker than the control) that you can be suspicious of pregnancy. Even then it's not reliable. I'd wait til first day of missed period and then do a pink dye test. Good luck.

Thanks ladies, I'll just try and sit on my hands a little longer.

My opk did show i was pregnant and i was 10dpo but it was darker than the control line.
Opks have always shown a line no matter where i have been in my cycle.

Goodluck and i hope AF does not arrive xx
