Irregular periods since miscarriage

I just wonder if anyone else has experienced similar...

Had a miscarriage in April at 11 week pregnant. Have had three bleeds since then, but all have been wildly irregular. I've also been having period-like pains with absolutely nothing to show for it. I'm currently on Day 35 of this 'cycle' and nothing seems to be going on down there except soreness so bad that it kept me up last night.

Saw the GP today who examined me internally and externally and told me she wasn't particularly concerned about me, as I'd had some bleeding in the four months between miscarriage and today. But I'm concerned! I'd like to try again and have no idea if I'm even ovulating at all!

Did you ever figure out what was wrong? I had two periods after my last miscarriage in April, but now it’s been 8 weeks since my last period and I’m definitely not pregnant.

This is also me. Constantly think maybe I am pregnant (I am not) due to v v v late period.

I am just wondering what to do next. I am worried I could have developed Asherman's Syndrome after my last miscarriage which was a D&C. My GP seems to think longer time need to have passed before they start looking into it. I keep having period cramps as if my period is coming, but nothing is happening. It is beyond frustrating.
