Hi guys im was wondering if anyone agrees that this cycle is unusual. Currently TTC month 10, I'm off the pill 10 months. I have a 24-28 day cycle, my lmp began 24/07 and lasted 4 days, I never normally have strong cramps and since coming of the pill my periods (tmi sorry) are normally short and spotting.
I have now had a period that began as spotting on 11/08 which is at times very sore and again tmi apologies I bleed heavier than I have had done previously after or during the cramps.

Before af turned up I was nauseous and had really tingly nipples with puffier (sp?) than normal breasts, I was sure this was the month
Is this a weird cycle or has anyone another view on as to why this is happening?

The symptoms prior to AF arriving sound pretty normal to me. One thing that I have learned is that when you're symptom spotting you'll redo find symptoms. I think by now your body has adjusted to life off the pill but id say what you described sounds normal.

It sort of sounds more like you're actually returning to a post-pill "norm" to me...? And because your hormones are now in a slightly different balance you notice slightly different premenstrual symptoms and period. It can take your body quite a while to get back to "normal" after the Pill.
