AF 8 days late but BFN:(

Hi! Just wondered if anyone had been in the same situation.
I usually have a 29-31 day cycle and my last proper period was on the 6th July, about 2 weeks after the end of that period I had some fresh red bleeding on wiping for 2 days and then pink/Brown loss for the rest of the week (sorry if tmi)
I'm now 8 days late and on CD40 which is really unusual for me, AF is usually like clockwork and I'm getting negative tests:( I've been getting mild cramps on and off for the last week, lower back pain etc but nothing is happening

I have a doctor's appt on Friday but the waiting is driving me insane! I just want to know either way! Could I still be pregnant?

Yes you could be pregnant just very low HCG. Sometimes AF is late for no particular reason sadly but hopefully in your case it's a little embryo causing the delay Good luck!

Try a clear blue test, first thing in the morning. I have wasted a small fortune in the last week on tests, some faulty and some negative.

I am one of these people that the hormones takes days to show up, maybe you are too? If your AF does come then maybe consider a b complex vitamin for a month or two?

I've also spent a small fortune I was going to get a clear blue or first response before I have my GP appointment. I'm so impatient! I'm getting to the point where I don't want to do anymore because it's so disappointing!
I'm just overly worried because I had 2 days random bleeding 2 weeks after my last AF!

I'm 3 days late for AF, I've been very regular this year around 28 days.. took plenty of IC tests, all bfn.. have cramps and feeling like af should show up but nothing so far..
Been trying for 16 months now with possible MFI

My AF arrived at 20 days late unfortunately:(
I had cramps on and off up until that point though and general pregnancy symptoms.
