Triphasic or not?

Hi all
My husband and I have been trying for over a year now. Because of our age we are going to have an appointment for IVF in January, but until then we are still trying to conceive naturally.

I don't have much hope it will work, but this month my BBT looks a bit peculiar. Would someone here mind to have a look and tell me if this is a triphasic BBT or not? The dips in temperature are very confusing.

I am dpo12 now. No signs other than maybe my stomach muscles are aching for no reason I can think of. I had lots of creamy CM until dpo8 and then some stabbing pain in my left side on the same day (the day of the first dip in my BBT), but that's it.

I'm not sure that it looks triphasic, but it certainly looks positive. Bear in mind you don't need it to be triphasic to be pregnant and similarly a triphasic chart can lead to a period.

Mine was very similar when i was pg.. looking hopeful!! The dip could be implantation? GOODLUCK!!!! Xx

(I did have a cp with that pg at about 5 weeks but i am now 9+2 🤗 i never bothered with temping after that cycle)

That does look quite similar to mine. 13dpo now. Temp dipped again, but less than on dpo11. The cramping got worse yesterday and only disappeared late at night. Now I've got a pinching feeling left side of my uterus. Not sure what it means. AF is due tomorrow or Thursday.

I've had similar signs like this before, but it turned out to be nothing so I am careful to not be too hopeful.
