Did the doctor make any recommendations to improve the quality of his sperm? Would you consider IUI or IVF?

Not really just make sure he eats healthy and looks after himself. My boyfriend doesnt talk about it really he just says hes faulty and closes up .

If he's not willing to have dialogue in a totally non-judgemental way and look at options of improving his swimmers (high dose vit C, proxeed, loose boxers, etc...). Then it sounds like you don't have many options but to keep trying naturally. It may happen...

I've found ttc long term is really hard on my relationship and we don't even know who the issue is with (we get his SA result at our next appointment in Sept). Not sure how we will deal with it... but we try to keep the dialogue down. If he shuts down it seems as though he's in denial and not ready to face the truth...

We had similar issues - ended up having icsi with ivf and conceived a son first time.
