Best pre natal vitamins

Could you please recommend some pre natal vitamins. I am 38 and now ttc

Folic acid and vitamin d is what's recommended

I agree. Folic Acid and Vit D are the most important. Some of the multivitamin type ones contain B vitamins which can affect the length of your luetal phase, or so I've heard. So I stay away from those. Hope that helps.

As above. I took wellwoman ones for a while and they made my piss stink.

I am currently taking floradix as I am deficient in iron. It has a lot of B vits - is it worth changing?

Seven seas trying for a baby vitamins are meant to be quite good. I am debating on trying them as me and my partner are trying for a baby. They have Vitamin D &a folic acid in
