Positive opk now what...

I had a positive one step ovulation stick, we've been dtd every other day for the last week... Incl day I think of ovulation.... Do we continue dtd every other day or is it risky for conceiving from now on... What do you fill/recommend?

Keep going for a week after the opk. Opks only tell you that you're likely to ov, not that you have. Only bbt will confirm ov has actually happened (or the Fitbit resting heart rate tracker thing).

Ok thank you, if I have ov would it do any harm if we carried on? I'm nervous after 1 MC and a chemical... And both times happened soon after dtd/ orgasm and light exercise 😥

Sorry for the losses you have had.As far as I know there is no risky time of the month to try and conceive. I'm pretty sure that none of the things you mentioned could have impacted on the unfortunate end result. I'm hoping you'll get your BFP soon
