just that.
my cycle is regular despite my advancing years (im 45) i got pg last year but lost a little girl due to a chromosomal disorder. i got pg a year ago but year is a long time i guess.
i started using opks last month (clearblue digital dual hormone indicator) and got a positive on cd15. my cycles are around 30 days.

is it safe to assume i am still ovulating?

Probably. That's about as definitive as opks are. That doesn't mean each egg is viable... age is the only real indicator of egg quality.

As you've already had a hell of a ride (very sorry for your loss) with chromosomal abnormalities, it would be cruel not to tell you that all of your eggs are still of decent quality (I'm 33 and mine are proving rubbish with two chemicals in the last 17 months)... it might be that despite ovulating, you still won't become pregnant.

I'd say that was a high probability considering your cycle length. You could also confirm with temping if you really want to make sure. Just take your temp as soon as you wake and record throughout your cycle. Thermometer with 2 decimal places is ideal. X

Yep I agree with @MouseLove confirm ovulation by temping and confirm pending ovulation by using OPKs. Sounds like you have a pretty regular cycle which is a good start. Good luck.

temping would be really hard for me as i work a varying shift pattern including nights.

i realise the odds are stacked! but i got pg at 44 working shifts and not even living with dp. so i remain hopeful.
