Hi all,
I'm not pregnant yet but an blissfully allowing my mind to wander ahead of time and was wondering if anyone had any experience of having private scans? Of so how much (roughly) did they cost and did you think it was worth it?
Thanks everyone x

I had an early scan with one, it was £80. It was reassuring for me.

I had one as we were about to go away with in-laws and knew we'd never hide it. It confirmed at least that at 9 weeks the baby was measuring as it should and had a heartbeat. I probably would have just waited for the 12 week one if it wasn't for the holiday. It was £90 at Babybond in Mothercare.

Yes, both times. Just wanted some reassurance as seems ages to wait for the 12 week scan

I've private scans from babybond- they often work in mothercare shops.

Very good.

Thanks everyone.
I hadn't even heard of babybond (now googling)!
Can you just walk into Mothercare and book an appointment?
