Lap and dye results

Hey, had lap and dye done yesterday no endometriosis or blocked tubes,husbands swimmers are fine and I've had all the tests leading up to this point, I've been trying for almost 2 years and not conceived. Apparently I have polycystic ovaries but not pcos. Am i just unlucky ??? Thanks

I definitely have PCO (saw them on US very clearly!). Have not had followup so haven't asked about PCOS...

I've had two chemical pregnancies. Now I'm thinking I may not ovulate mature eggs. I have no idea what can be done to improve this. I started taking ubiquinol... but that might be what's happening to you??

Have they recommended any next steps?

Not yet told me to wait till next summer if I'm not pregnant by then I have to go bk to Drs ....
