I'm now at 3 years and 3 months of TTC #1.
I'm not having fertility treatment, and wonder if there's anyone out there in a similar situation? Most people seem to be well into medication and IVF by this point so I'm struggling to find anyone that can relate.

I do have my second appointment with the fertility clinic next Month, however, I got pregnant naturally in December last year which ended in MC, so they don't seem that eager to try and help.

I'm still doing opks (dread to think how much I've spent over the years!!!), track on Ovia, take prenatal vitamins & omega 3, I eat relatively healthy and don't drink alcohol ...although sometimes I wish I did! Even after all these years, I still get excited / crazy in the 2ww Blush

I just wanted to say OP I admire you for going through this for so long, and wish you all the best x

Yes - at least, I was, and I don't know if this helps. In our part of the UK, we were told (eventually) that there wouldn't be a referral to a fertility clinic for 3 years as there was nothing obvious to treat ('unexplained') and when we started TTC I was under 30. For various reasons (including financial) we didn't try and go private or duck around this or lie or what have you so we got bugger all help apart from being told that it was 1 year of TTC before referral...then 2...then 3, which was correct. Thankfully, got a BFP the same week as the referral letter came through and now have a much loved daughter. Am back on here because I'm 18 months and 1 miscarriage in to TTC #2 and it's breaking me up. So you have all my sympathy and I wish you luck. I think probably you need to fight hard to get seen & heard - I kind of regret not doing so but I was preoccupied as we had all the sorts of other major changes in that time too (death of a parent, job loss, loss of home (private landlord sold it), move, new job... not divorce thankfully!)

Congrats OP, that's such exciting news. I read your first post and I wanted to say, yes, hang in there... it took us nearly 4 years to get a bfp (no treatment etc) and am now 24 weeks.
But I don't need to tell you that because you've got your own bfp! Congratulations!
