1week late period. Heavy bleeing and cramps

Hi ladies,
My period was 7 days late, came on the 8th day. For 2 days it was Very heavy and sore. Today i woke up and im not bleeding anymore? Does anyone know what this means?❤️

Without a positive pregnancy test, it simply means you had an unusual period. You probably ovulated a bit late. Stress and a huge variety of lifestyle tweaks can do that. Sometimes it happens for no reason. Most people will also have a cycle or two each year where they don't ovulate and that could be why you were late. We tend not to notice the variation much unless we are scrutinising ourselves and our cycles while ttc...

It means you had a late heavy period. I wouldn't torture myself thinking anything else.
