DS is 8 months and out of no where we are suddenly discussing trying for baby no 2, to be honest I thought I would want a big age gap. I haven't taken any vitamins since the end of my pregnancy. I'm worried that I should be preparing my body more before ttc as with DS I took them 6 months before even trying as I knew it takes a while to build up the nutrients in your system.
I know I'm probably overreacting, plus it can take a while to conceive. It took 6 months before we conceived first time, then I miscarried. With DS it took just one time.
Is it a bit crazy to hold off ttc for now? Or should we just continue as is and likely that it will take a few months to happen anyway?

Think it's advised to start 3 months beforehand with folic acid. Only other thing recommended is vitamin d
