Lube!

Tmi I know but...since DS I've found sexy time very uncomfortable and 'dry'. I can't bear to have the regular ttc sex without some help! I heard that normal lube is really bad for conception. Is this true? If so do any of you lovely people have any recommendations?

I do have a suggestion! Buy some pro seed or fertile check fertility gel. This is lubricant that actually provides a fertile environment for the little swimmers, so not only will it make sex more comfortable for you, it enhances your chances of conception Smile

Yep Pre-Seed or Conceive Plus

Amazing-thank you both! Grin

Just be cautious as using a fertility gel for me caused a uti 😣. The recommended amount to use seems a lot and I think that's why. The previous month we only used a little and I had no problems

We used a normal Durex one that says it isn't ideal but conceived the first month we tried. I did a search and plenty of others said the same. Unless you think it may be a particular issue for you, I wouldn't get too worked up about it at first.

We tried last month with just durex and no luck, bought some preseed to try this month but it's £££ 14 quid for a tiny tube Shock
I read that normal lube can really hinder things, and now we're decided to ttc no2 I just wanna get on with it!

I've used preseed and I'd recommend it (although not conceived yet). My advice would be to not use the amount it recommends. We did first time and poor dh struggled as it was sooooo much. I just use a tiny amount now so yeah it's expensive but it lasts a long time.
