Help please

took a test about a week ago and it showed negative after the recomended 2 mins..my step son walked in the room as i had the test in hand so i quickly shoved it in my drawer out the way and completely forgot about it..anyway cleaned them out today ans it is now sitting as a clear positive..ive no idea how or when it became positive. I guess what im asking is if the positive reaction was delayed or it was just a fluke ?

Take another test. Surely that's the only way to find out if you are or not? Good luck.

I would also advise another test. Usually, the test instructions will say to discount a result that shows up after the time frame provided - they usually say something like, "The result will show up within 2 minutes. Discard any result that shows after 5 minutes", for example. I would test again just to get a definitive answer. Best of luck!
