So, long story short, my partner and I are TTC after losing our first child in May this year, he was sadly stillborn at 38+2 weeks gestation.
Obviously things are still a bit raw for the both of us, however we have been having unprotected sex pretty much ever since with a view that whatever happens happens.

I was in my fertile window last week, we DTD whilst I was in my fertile window, which is now four days ago. I have now come down with the most horrendous cold, I barely slept last night but when I did I had lots of weird dreams, including one where it was confirmed that I was pregnant again.
I've also had some occasional cramps in my lower abdomen.

Obviously I know it's super early, but has anyone ever had anything similar to this as an early pregnancy sign/symptom? I don't want to get my hopes up but I think these next couple of weeks waiting for AF are going to be hell Sad

Thank you all for reading/responding.

Also, the dogs are being very clingy to me today. I recall them starting to act differently when I was pregnant with my first. I'm probably reading way too much into all of this...

Not necessarily! It's very possible that you are but false hope can be cruel without the proof. It is time for a test or still a bit early for you?

It's too early Yorkie, I'm due my period a week tomorrow. I know i've got to wait it out, I think I'm hoping too much potentially...

I've noticed that after ovulation I get very vivid dreams. I Google this and apparently it happens to lots of women during the luteal phase. The body is a strange thing. Good luck
