I think I?ve made my life so busy with non exercise things that it?s hard to find the time but I know that I must and that I?ll feel much better. I?ll look up all your tips and hopefully post soon once I?m on my way to being fitter!

Hi Gillian ? I miss classes so much BodyBalance, Yoga and Pilates were my favourites as was spinning, got obsessed with that! I?ll read your article at home but could be persuaded to join a pedometer club. I try to get DH out for walks in the evenings too but he?s often too lazy
