Anyone drinking the most delicious smoothy in the morning that is supposed enhance fertility?

Sorry OP I've never heard of this before. What is in the smoothie?

@dowhatyouwish it's a blend of food. So I have a smoothie every morning. And it has oats, frozen berries, almond milk, Maca Root Powder, sesame seeds and honey. It's blended in a Nutri-bullet. And I drink it.

erm, I've never heard of this before but thanks for the ingredients they sound healthy. How would you know that this has had any impact on your fertility though.

I was honestly just wondering if anyone had delicious morning smoothies.

And no I have no evidence that this helps fertility. I read that Maca Root helps fertility. Would love to know if anyone has experienced that it does help.
