Symptom spotting someone PLEASE stop me

Yesterday I had sharp pains in my right abdomen, bit like a bad stitch but had been lazing about on sofa. Now I am thinking it could've been implantation. Although I am apparently 4DPO (Glow) and 7 days until test (Ovia).
Every month I convince myself this is it... and then it isn't.
I have also thought what if the previous month tests were too early? I could be almost a month...

Yep, you're driving yourself slightly bonkers....slow down....engulf your brain in something else. I know it's hard I am also in my TWW, but at 4DPO nothing will be happening at the moment that will manifest in physical symptoms. I tried to meet up with different friends after work to stop myself from coming home and thinking about doing a test. Good luck x
