Just count the number of days between the first day of your period and the first day of your next period.

Oh, and you would usually ovulate between 14 and 19 days before the start of your period.

Its's not solely a question of timing. Any possible thought of timing of intercourse should be banished from your mind.

Would suggest that you make love when you both feel like it. Two or three times a week throughout your cycle is fine.

Couldn't agree more Attila. Once you start thinking too much about timing you're done for - I'm speaking from experience as it took us 4 years!

i am trying for a DD i have 3DS, for the past 3 months my cycle starts on the 5th, so on the 19th-23rd i am most fertile. Just count 14 days from the first day your period starts. And have sex as much as possible a couple of days before and a couple of days after.

I am trying The Shettles method in the hope a DD will be concieved. if it is another DS at least i wont need to buy anything as my boys are 18, 15.5 and 8months old
