If there is anybody out there using soy isoflavones to help improve ovulation please could you tell me where you are buying them from?

Whatever you do, don't buy the Holland and Barrett ones-far too high a dosage at 750mg. You want ones that are between 40mg and 100mg. Most supermarkets and pharmacies do them or go online and get Nature's Best or similar.

Thanks, I saw the H&B ones and thought 750mg didn't seem right! I will have a look for natures best Smile

But if you read the ingredients it's only 3% isoflavins. I take 5 a day 6-9. Feel no side effects...

3% of 750 is about 23mg...

Hi passmethewine123, you can opt for iherb.com , this site has what you are searching for ,Soybeans are a rich source of isoflavones, a class of phytoestrogens found predominantly in legumes and beans. Soy isoflavones are heterocyclic phenols with structural similarity to estradiol-17beta and selective estrogen receptor modulators.

Thanks all, I've gone for the natures best ones which contain 50mg of isoflavones Smile
