It is tough but you know what you need to do.

I've had 5 pregnancies and with each one no pregnancy test read positive before my period was due. Even the FRER ones.

Since you're now late, why not test today?

Okay so I went out at lunch and tested with a cb digital - BFN

Digital tests are not very sensitive. Try a frer and maybe wait a few more days. FX

Still no sign of af but i am getting really bad tension headaches and am feeling a little nauseous and gassy

Use a frer with your first morning wee tomorrow. I wouldn't bother again today. Drink lots of fluids today if you feel unwell. Good luck. X
