Apologies for yet another is there a line thread and about a Tesco test too! I have read all the previous threads but driving myself a little crazy so thought I'd start my own. Not first baby so you'd think I'd get a grip but obviously not. Last Friday was feeling a bit odd so picked up a Tesco test and got this line in the afternoon. Took the other from the pack on Saturday with fmu and negative, tested Sunday and this morning on some pound shop tests and still negative. No idea about when period is due as still bf'ing and no period yet and not currently ttc so don't know if I'm even ovulating. Is that Tesco test just an indent/Evap? It came up within a minute which made me think it wasn't an evap but it's very thin. Someone please tell me it's deffo an evap so I can stop thinking about it. Also if it was a bfp I would have got others by now surely as it's 3 days later. Sorry it's so long!

i think that a BFP line is usually thinner on the tesco tests and that if it's thin like that then it's more than likely an evap. TBH I rate the pink dye tests over the blue ones but I get that it's a case of working with what you can get hold of.

Hi OP,

I had exactly the same type of line in January this year. I went crazy making all the photos negative/pulling tests apart etc.

I then tested with about 3/4 other brands of tests which all came back negative.

A few days later I went to the doctors and had a blood test which came back negative

I think the Tesco tests are cruel.
I hope it's different for you but in my experience they are very convincing evap lines :(

I've heard terrible things about tesco tests. I would've said it was a BFP, but now I know it's a tesco one not so sure
