TTC scared and confused...driving myself insane and a helping of anxiety

Hello, I'm very new to the site. Unfortunately we had a missed miscarriage a year ago. Wasn't planned so didn't need to try and conceive etc. We are currently trying for the first time since but my cycle is all over the place and ranges from 22 to 39 days. Really anxious and don't know anything about ovulation and am worried that having to have both the chemical and operation due to complications with miscarriage may have messed my system up.

I'm basically wondering if I should be going to the gp to discuss all this or if they will think I'm wasting their time?? Should I be tracking ovulation etc??

It can add to your stress tracking ovulation. The best thing you can do is just to dtd every other day from the end of af to the start of the next. That way, you've covered all possible ovulation dates.

If you think it would be helpful to track ovulation (and not be stressful in and of itself), then feel free to use opks, an app tracking cm, and bbt.

Thank you for the advice. That's a good idea...I guess we'll try that and see what happens
