Nobody ever replies to my posts on here but I'll give it another go anyway lol
For the 15 years I've had periods, my cycles have been 29 days. A handful of times I've been one day late but never in my life have I been early. I'm CD27 and started brown spotting on CD26. Usually I spot the day before af comes. So using that theory I should get af today. 2 days earlier than usual.
I ov'd on CD14 like I usually do. Now I know that between af and ov, the days can vary but generally between ov and af, it stays the same so if I didn't ov early then what might be the reason for spotting 3 days before my actual af is due? I DO get spotting every month but never more than a few hours the evening before af starts (af flow usually starts once I get up in the morning and go for a wee) so I'm just a bit confused what could be causing this now? I know cycles change etc but in fifteen whole years I have NEVER been early even by a few hours. I'm worrying it's low progesterone or something. I'm on month 8 of ttc with no luck so I'm wondering if maybe my body is trying to tell me something?
