I use Ovia.. could someone please explain why I have two dips? I'm so confused lol! Thank you!

From bbt it looks like ovulation cd10. The dip several days later is common and caused by a short term surge in oestrogen. Do you opk?

TBH ovia is crap with just using bbt. I'd suggest fertility friend as it's algorithm is based around bbt, whereas ovia is geared towards opks and 'symptoms'.

thank you for getting back to me! What does that mean? I used to opk but stopped cause I got disheartened with ttc this is my 12th cycle. But only second cycle temping! Il maybe try FF instead see what it says! Thank you

Umm I thought so too then o thought with th other dip that maybe I ovulated cd 17 🤔🤔 so confused

Doubt cd 17. I used to temp and nearly always got a similar dip. Some people call it 'implantation dip' but I never found that to be the case with me... It has to do with a rise of oestrogen about a week after ovulation. Totally normal.

I'm inclined to think cd 10 too...
