Yoga and IVF

We're about to go for donor egg IVF in September at Serum. So far so good, clinic have been lovely.

But I've been told one of the most important factors in the blastocyst taking is that I am as relaxed as possible. I'm not very good at relaxing, I tend toward being quite anxious, and being told to relax has me all tense!

Today an ad showed up on my FB with various yoga holidays, including one in Greece for 8 days, I thought this might be a nice way to try and relax before the transfer.

Does anyone know if there are any reasons this might be a bad idea? I know certain types of yoga are advised against once pregnant but didn't know if it might cause issues if done immediately before?

Thoughts please?
