Hey again everyone!!
This is just getting so frustrating now 😞😞
I'm now on day 12 of being late and am still not seeing any signs of AF and still having negative pregnancy tests but every single sign is there
-nausea
-tender breasts
-nipples look a little bit darker

• cramps in my ovary
• ALOT of CM quite thinnish but thickening each day milky and doesn't smell and no itching etc so I know it's not an infection (Sorry TMI)

-urinating a lot -constipation (sorry TMI again!!)

Tuesday and Wednesday I had very light spotting and then nothing and haven't had any other signs of AF

Could this have been implantation bleeding? How many more days until I should test again before going to the docs

The sad thing is me and OH weren't trying to conceive however we are now both really really hoping it turns out to be positive and I would love more than anything to have a little one!
I think if this time isn't a positive we will start TTC once we know the outcome on this

Any advice would be great!

And maybe someone to provide some tape so I stop POAS!!! Haha!

Hi and firstly can you change your name from user......... There are so many noone will have a clue who you are!

Secondly, it is very common for women to randomly skip a period, often this is links to being due to stress or other reason. But when it happens you can be fooled into all kinds of "symptoms", and they mean nothing sadly.

If you are getting negative tests, it probably means you are not pregnant. But in answer to your how many days after implantation bleeding, normally it is within two to three days after to get a positive test.

Docs wont be interested until you have skipped a second period.

Yeah I know it's common however I've never missed a period always been dead on 30/31 days, haven't been stressed.
And in regards to implantation bleeding I've just had a look and google etc tells me it's 6/7 days to show a pos and it's 3/4 days to show a pos on a pregnancy test, so a little confused. Unfortunately with my 1st I never realised I was until I had the same bleed which I thought was my AF and turned out to be pregnant! I wasn't tracking my AF at the time but unfortunately a month after going to the docs and getting booked in with th midwife I had a miscarriage

If you're 12 days late it sounds like you've skipped a period and are now onto next cycle ovulation as the symptoms seem to fit with ovulation as well.

Equally you could've ovulated really late this cycle.

If you're periods are usually regular then it is a little odd. Have you been stressed/ill recently? That can sometimes change a woman's cycle.

I think what I'm going to do is wait it out this weekend and try early part of next week as that would be a week since spotting so I will know 100% whether I am or not then!

Nope haven't been stressed or ill this year yet! Haha! That's why I've asked in case anyone has ever experienced this before.

I was trying to work out the date that me and partner DTD and it was on/around the 29th June and I remember around that time a day or so before having bad ovulation pains as I suffer quite badly with them and then 12 days later I spot which was odd and read up that implantation occurs 7-12 days after conception and then to wait another 7 days after that so would be 14-20ish days after that!
All the days add up and I so wish that I have ovulated late and that I am as like I said I've never been late before and have always worked like clockwork! If I was irregular I'd of put it down to that I think!
So I guess I'll just have to try and put my mind at ease and test next week

If you had ovulation pains a few days prior to DTD then it's very unlikely you have got pg from that occasion as the chances of getting pg after ovulation has happened are pretty much zero. This would explain the -ve tests.

Not sure why you keep starting threads about this though, as randoms off the internet won't be able to give you an answer one way or the other.

I completely understand your frustration. For me, if i think I might be pregnant, my period is late. I think it plays on my mind! Plus I get all the symptoms of very early pregnancy as pmt, so it's pretty impossible to tell. For me, the only real difference is that the tiredness of pregnancy is much stronger.

Leave it another few days to test, but it looks like you're probably not this time. Good luck for next month though!

I don't have much experience in this field to base my advice on but I will try to help haha! My own story is that I came off the pill at the end of May and had my first period 10/6/17 I had no idea of cycle length so waited 28 days and had stomach/back cramps, loads of CM and my boobs were sore so did a test and got an BFN! Gutted! So I accepted it and said we would try again but my boobs continued to grow and were red hot and I was coming away today so me and my OH decided to do another test on the Friday morning so only 5 days later and I had this big plan to go in and say looks like we are having a party on holiday babe!! So I POAS and looked at it immediately and saw the one line so put it down and brushed my teeth and picked it up ready to go in and there two lines were! Totally unexpected but the best news I've ever had! Did a clear blue digital the next day and got another positive result!!

So basically, don't give up as ovulation and implantation can be varied!! Fingers crossed for you!!! (Sorry for talking about myself but hope it helps!)

Hi user, I agree with Pibbee, instead of posting again and again just go to the docs.
I had a similar case to yours in a sense of late period but pg/af like symptoms and went to docs and turns I have polycystic ovaries and Endo so there's no point in asking over and over again for advice, just go to the docs.
