So sorry to hear about your mc Sad Flowers
Have you ever used ovulation predictor kits? (Opks) You can get 30 on ebay for around £3.75 and that will show when your gearing up to ovulate so you know roughly when your in your fertile week? I've always had a gradual build up of second line on them up to a postive but i know not all women do have a build up some just get a positive xx

Sorry for your loss.

It sounds like af. I've had 2 mc's myself and have always been able to tell the difference between mc bleeding and af, even when there's only been a few days between bleeds.

I always experience ewcm during ovulation so I use that as an indicator. However, you will usually ovulate about 2 weeks after af. We tend to just dtd every other day of the month anyway (except during af) just to ensure we don't miss it, and that seems to be working so far with 2 pregnancies in 6 months. Best of luck to you for the future x
