Hello,
I started taking combined bc pills recently and on the third Sat and Sun (of my pill pack) I missed my pills while I was camping. That Sunday night I had unprotected sex and he came inside. That night/early morning I started bleeding, from not taking the pills I'm assuming. The period seems to of lasted only two days with an average flow. When I took the tampon out last (Wednesday) there was mostly a white milky discharge. I'm wondering what could be happening with my body and if there is a slight chance of pregnancy. Thank you!

The bleeding is because missing your pills for a couple of days has messed with your hormones.

Technically, yes, you could be pregnant as you didn't take your pill every day so that increases the chance of pregnancy.

It's too late for the morning after pill so you'll have to wait and see.

I see.. I guess I assumed the bleeding meant I couldn't be and since it's towards the end Im not ovulating right. But I guess I do have to wait it out. Thank you

Lizelli you don't typically ovulate on the pill, however I believe that the mini-pill is less reliable at preventing ovulation, and prevents conception in other ways, so when you get a bleed at the end of a pack it is not a sign of a cycle where you haven't got pregnant, it's a withdrawal bleed from a change in artificial hormone, as soon as you miss a pill, technically you could then ovulate, so it being at the end of a pack isn't the same as someone not on hormonal contraception being at the end of their cycle. If that makes sense.
