Side of boobs are sore

Pretty much as the title says. Both boobs are sore where my arms touch them. I don't have a new bra and haven't done any exercise lately that would cause this. It's like a burning feeling. Could this be a pg symptom? Or are sore pregnant boobs more around the nipple area? AF is due in 2 days.

Im awful. I would POAS like now.

Could be preg or AF mine are super sensitive when I ovulate.

Usually a sign of AF too so there's no real way of knowing. Usually pregnant boobs feel heavy and tender and start to change from weeks 4-6 onwards. Good luck!!

Thanks @Loosemoose28 and @MouseLove. I've never had this discomfort in the build up to AF so wasn't sure if it was related to AF/PG or whether I should be panicking that it's caused by something else!

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and my boobs are only sore on the sides. Down by my arms and in the middle where they meet. At night when they flop over to the armpit area they really hurt. How many DPO are you?

Yeah progesterone causes sore boobs so could be either. Good luck!

@cakesandphotos I think I'm 12 DPO, I can never catch the surge on a test but track CM and BBT. AF is due in 2 days.
Just want to make sure, when I say the side of my boobs, I don't mean the fleshy "boobie" bit but the bit that is on my actual body (this is not making sense!!)
Hopefully I've uploaded the photo properly, the discomfort is where the tip of my finger is.

Hmm no with me it's definitely the boob boob… is it on both sides with the same amount of pain? I'm a nanny not a nurse but could be ribs/chest? I think I would see your GP to rule anything out. I think a FRER test would work now, might be worth taking a test?
