How early did people get symptoms and what were they?
Had a MMC in June, but checked through my girls group what's app messages and shortly after DTD, a week later, I was telling them I was starving all the time and peeing constantly. They didn't know I was TTC and suggested I had a uti.

You probably did. Symptoms are usually fantom until around week 5-8. You certainly wouldn't be having any at a week after DTD. You probably may not have even implanted then which usually happens 3-14 days after ovulation, average is 9 apparently. I didn't have any symptoms when I had a mmc at 10 weeks, maybe that's why I didn't.
