I've always had really heavy periods since I can remember, I'm 29 now and apart from when I was in the pull for a few years my periods have always been between 29 and 32 days and always 4 days really heavy with clots for 2 days then gradually get lighter. The last two tho have been considerably lighter! Only 3 days and only 2-3 hours of heavy and barely anything for the rest of the time. I find myself only changing my pad in the evening and even then there isn't a lot on it! When I wipe tho there's a fair amount! Anyone else had this??
