TTC First Time / Pill withdrawal

Hi all

New to this so apologies if it's all a bit of a mishmash!
DH and I decided to start TTC on our honeymoon. AF appeared 15th June which was my first for months of just odd dark bitty discharge. Had been on the mini pill so stopped on the 15th with only one pill left in the pack.

Have had massive swell in boobs which are really sore and heavy, 3kg up in weight and sleeping constantly! On the plus have felt so much happier and healthier since I stopped and no mood swings like I'd have all the time ! AF due 6 days time so wondering if she doesn't show could it be too soon to have conceived? And when should I test?

Never too soon, you can conceive very quickly coming off pill!

However some people's periods take a while to get back into a normal cycle. In terms of when to test therefore it's hard to say. Have you been tracking to see if you have ovulated? That would be the only way to guess when your next period will be due as you won't know yet whether your regular cycle is back to normal or not yet.

I'm in a similar boat just off the pill so I share the frustration at not knowing where you are!

It would have been the 28th June I think.. it's the boobs and nausea / dizziness that are new to me. I've had achy boobs during Af but never like this where they're blue veined and swollen day and night. I'm hoping that's not a new permanent AF symptom! Did you notice any massive differences when you stopped the pill?

I'm super tempted I have one sitting in the draw but AF due in 6 days im trying to hold out 😂 it just seems too good to be true! X
